An especially fine condition vintage Vacheron & Constantin 18K YG ref 6134 Calatrava style man’s dress model circa 1954. Featuring a 33.5 x 41mm 3 piece case with extended and turned lugs and low dome acrylic crystal. With a stunning condition original matte silver dial with applied gold Roman and stick figures and gold baton hands. The dial is free of any degradation, wear of the raised hard enamel and shows no dings, scratches or discoloration of the matte silver surface. Powered by manual wind calibre 1022 movement with sweep seconds. Recently fully serviced and left unpolished. The watch appears to have been sitting unworn for some considerable time and bears the warm glow of oxidation to the case surface. The case back is free of nicks, dings, creases or any personalized engraving. Photos of case back to post shortly.
