A fine condition example Jaeger LeCoultre Memovox alarm, ref 2817 circa 1960’s with lovely original matte silver satin dial with applied silver indexes, tapered dauphine hands. and pleasingly patina’d fully intact luminous dots. This is the large size 39mm model with remarkable condition never polished case with extended chamfered lugs. Powered by self winding caliber K825 bumper automatic movement with sweep seconds and date, and with signed original crowns. The movement serial # is 1.2 million. Dating of Lecoultre models is approximate due to limited public access to production tables. This is one of the nicest condition examples we have owned in years of this popular and classic large automatic Memorex model. Also note the JLC designation, indicating that this model was produced for the European market. Watches signed Lecoultre were produced for the U.S. market.
