A round case vintage Cartier 18K YG man’s manual wind dress model ref 1071. Featuring a medium size 28 x 34mm round case secured by 4 side case screws, with stepped bezel and elongated lugs. With an original gloss white enamel dial with printed black Roman numerals and blued steel hands. Though not the classic tank shape, this model was part of Cartier’s expansion of their line in 1972 to 12 contemporary variations on the classic tank shape. With a very minty condition, likely unpolished case and a gloss white SWISS signed dial. The dial is in excellent condition and shows only the most minute of hairlines that commonly are found on these 1970’s through 1990’s gloss white dials. With a used Cartier signed strap and 18K YG Cartier tang buckle. A classic infrequently seen vintage model, a medium size man’s, or sporty size for a woman. This fine example has been recently serviced by one of our veteran watchmakers and is offered with our 1 year warranty of accurate timekeeping and operation.
