A one-of-a-kind, handwoven wall hanging. A small artwork inspired by Welsh mountain landscapes. All of the materials are natural and biodegradable. The ‘Spring Mountains’ series is a collection of mini sample sale pieces. The wall hanging may have slight imperfections in the shape and straightness of edges. Made from: Wool Woven and designed by me, on floor loom, with a three-dimensional waffle block pattern. This wall hanging is unframed and has a pine wooden dowel woven into the piece. I use exclusively natural fibres to create biodegradable pieces, to bring awareness to the beauty in responsible fashion & homeware, and to introduce the opposite of plastic derived materials. These are forever pieces made by hand in a traditional way, for years to come.
