A one-of-a-kind, wall hanging. Woven with plant textures, hand-pained hues of natural dyes and a three-dimensional waffle pattern. All of the materials are natural and biodegradable. Made from: Hemp, naturally dyed with myrobalan plant extract. Hemp & cotton blended hand-spun yarn. Grass- Mexican broomcorn (a dried, natural fibre). Sheep’s Wool Woven and designed by me, on floor loom. Inspired by nature’s materials and tactile qualities. This wall hanging is unframed and has an oak wooden dowel woven into the piece. I use exclusively natural fibres to create biodegradable pieces; bringing awareness to the beauty in responsible fashion & homeware, and to introduce the opposite of plastic derived materials.
