A one-of-a-kind, wall hanging. Woven with dried, plant textures and hand-pained hues of natural dyes. All of the materials are natural and biodegradable. Made from: Hemp, naturally dyed with myrobalan plant extract. Hemp & cotton blended hand-spun yarn. Grass- Mexican broomcorn (a dried, natural fibre). Woven and designed by me, on floor loom. Inspired by nature’s materials and tactile qualities. This wall hanging is unframed and has a pine wooden dowel woven into the piece. I use exclusively natural fibres to create biodegradable pieces; bringing awareness to the beauty in responsible fashion & homeware, and to introduce the opposite of plastic derived materials.
