A standout example of the Rolex GMT-Master I ref# 16700, offered as a complete set with original 1995 warranty papers, booklet, and hang tags. The glossy black dial is crisp and well-preserved, featuring original tritium lume (T<25) on both dial and hands. All lume plots remain intact, showing an even, attractive patina consistent with age. The original “Pepsi” bezel insert has gently aged retaining a deep blue shade while the red has softened to a pleasing, evenly faded and desirable color. The case appears unpolished, with thick, well-defined lugs. A small ding is present at the 9 o’clock position along the lower case edge, only visible upon close inspection and not easily noticable in daily wear. The watch is fitted with its original Rolex Oyster 78360 bracelet with 501B end links. The bracelet is tight, and not stretched out and has a date code matching the production era of the watch. Powered by the Rolex caliber 3175 automatic movement and featuring a 24-hour GMT hand, date, and sweep seconds. The watch has been recently fully serviced by one of our veteran watch makers. It is running strong, has been pressure tested for water resistance, and comes with our 1 year warranty of accurate time keeping and operation. We have found the GMT models, 1675, 16700, 16710, and 16760 to be the most in demand Rolex sport models in our shop.
